You may not use Anchor to create, share, or distribute content that:
Anchor is intended for lawful, personal and professional use. You are responsible for all content you publish through your profile. You must have the right to share any content you include in your profile.
CallCircle LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to Anchor at any time, without notice or cause, at its sole discretion. No refund is owed upon termination. Violations of the prohibited content policy (Section 2) will result in immediate termination, but termination is not limited to policy violations.
CallCircle LLC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. In no event shall CallCircle LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Anchor after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Anchor shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.
Your profile content may be processed by third-party AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) when you share your Anchor export URLs with those services. CallCircle LLC is not responsible for how third-party AI providers handle your data once you share your exports with them.
